To the British Community in Pampanga
As a result of damage to the Asia-Pacific Cable Network in the South China Sea and the subsequent loss of IT/Internet Systems, the British Embassy regrets to announce that there are likely to be delays in processing applications for UK visas and British passports.
As soon as we have more precise information, this will be posted on our website www.ukinthephilippines.fco.gov.uk and will appear in the local press.
Hope guys our visa will be granted even how long to be approved its okay for me

When did you apply July 15 or August 07
Hi all,
I am relived to say on checking the website checker today it now says “Your application is ready for collection, please visit the UK Visa Application Centre where you submitted your visa application to collect the same”.
When she submitted her settlement spousal visa application on 16th April 2009, Jennifer was working in Manila, and has since returned home to CDO so I suppose she will when ready go back to Manila to collect her passport and visa then have the CFO seminar before flying here.
I know she has to book a day for the CFO and I need dates from her before I can book her flight.
I am so relived and can only hope Jennifer will travel soon.

This message was on the UKVACS telling us guys of the long wait.
By God's grace, my husband's visa would be granted and so with the rest of people who are in this forum waiting. My husband is on his 15th week, God has his plans.
