    Depends on if he paid for the courier service when he submitted his visa application at VFS. My Maricel lives in Makati and we paid for it as we thought it is more comfortable and it wasn't so much money on top of the visa fee...

    Ahh ok! I will have to check with Arnie as im not sure if he paid the extra but ur right, not so much on top of the visa fee!
