Welcome to the forum. I was married in the Phils last December. And, since my wife came here on a Spouse Visa three months later, I can claim to have first-hand experience of how the 'System' works.

But, first, would you care to furnish me with some details of the stage you and your partner have already reached in your relationship [and also your respective whereabouts] to enable me to give you suitable advice ... ?

Hello, Mickant. Thanks for the welcome. My husband lodged his application for the settlement visa on the 5th of May 2009. We are on the 14th week and just don't know what is going on. I have always checked the TRACK YOUR APPLICATION on the UKVACS website, but the information still has not changed "your application has been forwarded to the British High Commission"

Any info regarding spouse application would be appreciated.

Ahhh ... your subsequent post makes the situation clearer ... you're ACTUALLY married ... and consequently, your application has ALREADY BEEN submitted to the British Embassy in Manila. Well, everything's fine then! All that remains now is for me to wish you good luck and hope you don't have to wait too long for the result. Also, it's worth bearing in mind that Spousal Visas are VERY rarely - if ever - denied.

i will going to lodge my application this week but im always think positive and pray always to our GOD everythings will be ok,im sure also to u...goodluck GODBLESS
