Evra went down with a head injury. 999,999 times out of 1,000,000 times the game would have been stopped instantly. Why did the ref stop the game for Ballack but not for Evra? Joke of a decision

Actually the game is stopped less than 25% of the time when a player is down, but it depends on the ref, some ignore them all unless they see blood.....
If they stopped the game when Drogba is doing his 'all fall down' trick, they'd never get to play any football
