    Smile Hi there!

    I am Ayin, 28 years old and I've been married to my Brit husband, Alan for more than a year now. We met here in the Philippines, at the workplace (callcenter in Makati). We've been in our relationship for almost 5 years ( this month is our anniversary) , and we have a 3 year old son.

    He is back in the UK, and I will be applying for spouse settlement visa by the end of October and I will need as much info/help as I can; so glad I found this wonderful site.

    I will be looking around and I might be asking so much questions, from what i see here, you guys have been very helpful. I'm looking forward to chatting with you guys soon!

    Many thanks for welcoming me here. My husband and I are on the process of gathering all the documents needed for the visa application. I have my checklist and tons of useful info you guys posted here, so i think i'm good for now. expect me to post questions for the next month or so, i really want to do everything right!

    I'm thankful to have found such a lovely forum.

    Good Morning, Ayin. Welcome to the friendly forum. I became a member here last October - i.e. midway between my two visits to the Phils - and, thanks mainly to following the information and advice given on this site, was able to complete the paperwok involved in bringing MY Filipina wife to the UK with the minimum of fuss. So I can guarantee you've come to the 'right place'.

    Based on what you've already told us, it looks as though YOUR application for settlement SHOULD be fairly straightforward. But we are here to guide you through the various stages, so please feel free to "fire ahead" with your questions.
