Hi Joe
Thanks for the good advice. I can confirm we rehearsed in preparation for the interview and my wife thinks she answered all the questions other than knowing the surname of my best friend. She knew the first name and stated that. We also supplied details of the 200txts I send monthly and stated evidence of daily contact through messenger of 3 hours or above but the ECO rejected the evidence as it did not clearly state my wifes number. It used her contact name in my address book. Rather than check with me they made a final decision ignoring that.
I have since highlighted to the embassy that I have a lactose intolerance dating back 20 years (Crohn's) and feel the option of me emigrating to the philippines would put my health at risk as I am on a lifetime medication and require regular monitoring and specialist advice which is available in the UK. Additionally I have a job here and demonstrated 21 years of continuous employment. so I hope I get an interview to access the transcript of the interview and review it is possible.
