hi ji&ma, my sister's husband is a filipino and a resident of the UK. is CFO required only for filipinos/filipinas who married foreign nationals? or for all who plan to migrate?

Anyone who is going to settle abroad needs CFO, Mjaes. Even the dependant of Filipinos going to settle abroad.
