    Vfs question

Heres the thing,i have been waiting for my student visa since dec 16,2008.and last sunday, i went OL at vfs and it said that my application has been returned to courier.i dont really know when it changed to that status coz i really wasnt checking OL-but up until now,the package havent arrived yet.i addressed it to the agency,by the way. My question is, is there anyway that i could force anybody at the vfs to tell me what the result is..cause it has been released already,i just dont have it yet..

I dont think you will be able to get vfs to tell you the result.

Ask vfs for the tracking number and contact the courier, they use http://www.2go.com.ph/index.asp

When our application was processed, after a week of waiting, I had to contact them to find where my wifes passport was. Eventually they said that the local brach courier could not find the address so I found the number and got my wife to contact them to arrange pick up.

I called 2go. you can try these numbers: 854-0854 or 854-0862. Just tell them that you're following-up on UK visa.

Normally, it takes a few days for a provincial delivery. Be patient.. and congrats in advance.

    Are you JOKING???
May 15-th??? And that so called "agency" has been unable to inform you since then???
If I were you I would tell them my opinion about their services very "nicely" then
    Thats what I call "service"...

15th of May. That's why most members of this forum always say don't bother with agencies, they just take your money from you and they're about as much use as a chocolate teapot. OMG that's 4 months that you've been waiting and worrying unnecessarily.
    Iain.

    Thats horrendous!
Hopefully its a good result when you do pick it up, but I'm wondering if theres any claim for extending it if required due to the agency holding on to it.
I doubt it, but its worth looking into if you need to.
