well i went there in may on a uk bank holiday and it was closed whether they close for uk holidays and philippine holidays i dont know if they do it explains why they are so far BEHIND ON PROCESSING THE VISAS

yes its holiday on friday even in cagayan we dont have work and classes but its declared already by the presidentand start of ramadan
