I once read a story about a couple in the deep south of the US who were trying for a baby. After years of no joy they go to see the doctor who checks them both out. All is fine, they're both fully able to have children. Then he asks them to talk about their sex life and desribe what they do.
Through these discussions the doctor found that they had been using the "rear entrance" method thinking it was how to have kids
