YES..Fiancee Visa Approved!

My heart is overflowing with joy as I write this. My visa was approved as of 25 August 2009 but was delivered to me on Friday, August 28. I finally got hold of it on Saturday, August 29 for reason that I was not home when it was delivered. When I learned that a 2GO messenger was around on Friday, I immediately called my fiance to inform about this but his mobile phone was out of the coverage area. I broke his cardinal rule doing this as he jokingly warned me before not to call him about visa result if he's at the surgery (he is a dental surgeon).

I'd like to thank this forum again, moderators & co-forumers esp those who are in the respected member status who openly welcomed me & unselfishly shared their experiences & insights. As I've wrote in my introduction, this has been my personal guide when I lodged my application. It is also noteworthy to mention that it was my fiance who discovered this site. To be honest, I'm greatly hooked to facebook’s farming rather than checking the status of my application Again, my sincerest thanks to everybody. This forum is a testimony of selflessness.

Don't worry, there is always SUNSHINE Actually, I did not receive any notice from the embassy. Have you or your fiancee made an inquiry to the embassy? My fiance did last 17 Aug & was replied the next day stating that they will deal with my application as they follow a strict chronological order in doing so. Just keep on praying and yours will be next.

Do you mean that the your status online did not change??? The embassy emailed my fiance last 25 August saying that decision has been made but until now still result not released. status still not change and no courier.

If my memory serves me right, I tracked my application on Thursday night (27 August) and the result was the usual - sent to British High Commission. I just don't know when the status had changed as it was delivered to me on Friday, 28 August. I didn't bother checking after I got hold of my result on Saturday, 29 August.
