I simply wonder why it tooks so long for this case to be resolved when phils have been (always) abiding to international treaties and agreements ... Is there any fault that was found to? Coz I know that a lot of UK citizens before was helped by the embassy to settle their crimes? why these cant be done? Is there something that needs to be delve on so that kevin be treated properly and given due justice.
