I may be wrong but, for obvious reasons, I wouldn't have thought it necessary for emigrant HUSBANDS to attend the seminar (but I suppose it's possible for men to be at risk, too ... although common sense would suggest that this is much less likely to be the case).

And you can rest assured that your husband WILL be eligible to take up employment - remunerated or otherwise - from the moment he steps onto British soil.
