Sorry to disappoint you, but it is an elaborate scam, and sincerely hope that you have not paid any money yet, as you stand to lose it.
It is all a bit of copy and paste from the Hotel website, plus some half-clever ad-libbing.
Besides, the grammar and spelling on the form are a dead give-away.... Absolutely atrocious.
The writing in capital letters is also a clue....
