While online here and having TV on as my background, a Filipino caught my attention. I didn't know we have a Philippine representative. I am also not aware of his standing nor his chance. All I know is that little Philippine Flag on his shirt makes me realised he is a representing the Philippines, and am proud about ... put a smile on my face. His name is Lourence Ilagan (just search online)
