What an interesting introduction! I have to admit I've never been to Rochdale
but, as a Scot, I can thoroughly recommend the beautiful seaside town of St Andrews in Fife ... world-famous for being the 'home of GOLF' ... where your daughter will be following in the footsteps of a key member of the British Royal Family, Prince William [eventual heir to the throne] who also studied there some years ago.
