Wow congratulations. Have a safe and healthy pregnancy
There once was a girl that believed in mankind, that there was still honor and chivalry that existed in everyone of us. She also believed that everyone deserves a chance to prove oneself individually and hoped that the courtesy would be returned. That girl is dead now, and all that is left is her shadow. To give one a chance to prove thyself is a chance for you to become dwindled in the dissappointment.

Wow! Congratulations Mrs. Daddy! (now new mummy)

Yes it is essential to take folic acid(VitB9 or Folate) to prevent birth defects...it also plays a large role in cell growth and development, as well as tissue formation. It is recommended to take a daily dose of folic acid starting at least one month prior to conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy. Consult your OB for further info.

    I'm so happy for you

Delighted to read your very happy news, Wheela ... many Congratulations from Myrna and myself.

As regards taking *folic acid ... it seems to be the norm for expectant mothers nowadays [I remember my daughter mentioning *it]. Guess your obstetrican and/or midwife will guide you on the dosage(s) recommended.

Meanwhile, take care, and enjoy the rest of your holiday with the forthcoming Mr Daddy.

You can get folic acid in the chemist or your gp can prescribed you I took folic acid and multivit during my pregnancy then on my 3rd tirmester i took iron supplement and stop the folic acid. The reason i took iron supplement coz my iron level was so low same exp when i had james And dont forget take more more fluids now juice or water the best

The GP and your midwife will guide and assist you through out your pregnancy. Excited jud ko dai for you mabuang ko lol

About the Folic acidit's a vitamins I think even not pregnant are taking it in preparation for becoming pregnant.
SO you are in the 1st trimester so I advice you to take care a lot because it's very sensitive stage and don't stress your self

so hubby will soon be called daddy daddy
