Hi joebloggs, nice to hear from you again. Yes, its a nice new new, lucky_owl. Yes i was very stressed ever since i submitted my documents, so many worries. Worried if i filled in the application form correctly, worried if i have all the necessary documents, worried if i supplied enough evidence, worried if my previous visa refusals would affect my present application, worried if everything was in order, etc etc.

But now, things are fine. My baby inside my tummy can now relax after mommy was giving her/him so much stress. Thank the Lord.

JI&MA: Yes i was in cloud 9 when i opened and saw my visa. Im planning to fly to uk in november, my husband will come to philippines to pick me up, it would be difficult to fly alone as im pregnant. I will be in wales. How about you jiri, where are you in uk?

To ross: Well, i supplied the documents needed for spouse visa just as what is stated in the checklist. But these are the papers i submitted:

    1. Settlement form
    2. Letter from my husband addressed to the Entry Clearance Office
    3. Certified true copy of my husband's passport including the stamped pages. (Certified by a lawyer)
    4. Mortgage of the house and lot of my husband
    5. Car documents of my hubby
6.Telephone bills from uk to phils
    7. 6 months bank statement of my hubby from 3 different bank accounts
    8. Gas statement bill of hubby
    9. Registration Certificate of my husband's own private company
    10. Corporation tax of hubby
    11. His tax payable
    12. NSO Marriage Certificate
    13. My NSO birth certificate
    14. My husband's birth certificate
    15. Emails since 2007 to 2009
    16. Our wedding pictures
    17. Email from my parents in law
    18. Divorce Absolute from my husband's previous marriages
    19. Certificate of No impediment for Marriage
    20. Itinerary travel of my husband to the philippines
    21. My voter's certificate
    22. My NBI clearance
    23. Western Union receipts
    24. Hotel bills when my hubby stayed in the philippines
    25. My transcript of records
    26. Certificate of registration of my car
    27. My employment records

    Hope this helps.
