i think i know what happened to get it in 9 days
they have 3 piles of visa apps, a pile for those who have been waiting upto a month, a pile for those waiting upto 2 months and another pile for those waiting 3 months or more..
there was a big blue bottle fly in the office and one of the case workers picked up your app off the top of the pile of those waiting upto 1 month, and swatted the fly with it
but they put your app on the top of the 3 month pile by mistake
, and becuase they process the 3 month or more pile first, your was picked up off the pile and proccessed within days
thank god for that fly, he gave his life for your visa
