you need to be here for 2 years to get the ilr,so you need to get in the uk before 16/12/09 so the first week of december should be fine
sometimes i think they give them out to quick,we make plans for the 3 month wait and when we get the visa approved i dont think we are ready for them

its not a typo,your visa is valid from 16/9/09 until 16/12/11 so take off 2 years and your left with 16/12/09,so you have 3 months to pack and panic

Ok thanks, Clear now.its not a typo,your visa is valid from 16/9/09 until 16/12/11 so take off 2 years and your left with 16/12/09,so you have 3 months to pack and panic
