As long as you arrive in the UK before 16/12/2009 you will have been in the UK for 2 years by the time your visa runs out and it's time to apply for ILR. This is important because this is one of the conditions you must meet before you can apply for ILR.Hi Iain, You think I won't have any problem obtaining ILR in future?
