If it was in the UK, I'd say it didnt matter, but they seem to bve sticklers for EVERY little thing over in Phils. The bureacracy would drive me bananas!
Unless anyone here has had a similar challenge in the past and knows the answer, I'd suggest putting a few phone calls in and asking.
The reason I say 'a few' phone calls is that I've experienced people in Philippines saying yes when they dont know the answer too many times to trust a single person on something which is going to be a lot of hassle if they're incorrect.
