is it ok that english passport of my husband is only scanned to be submiited for our application ..bit worry as other stated here it should be original..any advice

According to the checklist, its only a copy of the passport they want, for other documents they require originals.

A full copy of the sponsor’s passport, including the personal details page and stamped pages ONLY and do not include unstamped pages.

Yes ... otherwise I'D have been left stranded in the Phils when the time came for me to return home a month after MY wife lodged her application with the British Embassy.

But remember, the photocopy of the relevant pages in the passport need to be
authenticated ... by a solicitor, JP, doctor etc etc
(a solicitor will charge about £5- £15 for this "service")
