    Just occured to me

There's oddly enough been no mention of Bellamy punching a pitch invader in the face so far

I can only imagine the seething anger certain people on here would be feeling had it been Rooney or Ronaldo punching a fan in the face.

The back story, the guy encroaches onto the pitch (and should receive a nice ban for his troubles). The stewards have his arms behind his back, Bellamy walks over and hits the guy in the face

Obviously this behaviour is fine though

    Nothing wrong with that....

And an additional kick in the katangas just to put things into better perspective would have gone down well....

Seconded. There's also no mention of Rio Ferdinand sprinting 60 yards to get involved - it's good for the oppostion that he's unable to show such pace when an attacker is bearing down on the scum goal a bit like Bellamy did yesterday.

See the size of the fan! Belamy wouldn't fare so well if he bumps into that fella in Manchester without a steward to pin his arms back

Following that punch he should have given the guy pinning his arms a reverse headbutt, and stamped down hard on his feet then got into that geezer in the blue and given him a proper dig, football players are prima-donnas at the best of times but that "Hardman" in blue needs a decent go

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

true....rio grabbed bellamy by the throat...if he had done that during play..he wud have got a straight red card....and a few games banned,...i think rio just was raging bellamy made him look like a wooden one...and he is a wooden one...he will not be going to the world cup....not good enough...capello will have seen that a long time ago

Bellamy is someone who I would never want to darken the door of the football club I support nasty piece of work and like you people write im sure only brave enough to slap him when he knows the other bloke has no way of an even fight.

Strangely case dropped and the bloke hit raising no complaint im sure the guy has somehow managed to pay off his mortgage
From what I know the banning orders rarely work. Plenty of people I know of even at that game had other peoples season tickets even blokes with season tickets in a females name

Before you ask yes the Manure fans are from Surrey
Oh lord why did you make so many clothes and shoe shops
