CFO sticker!! need help...

hi everyone,
i got my spouse visa already,, so now im wonder if how that CFO sticker look like??
is this a CFO sticker?

office of the president of the philippines
commission on filipinos overseas
Guidance and counseling certificate

this is the certify that mr/ms............
attended the CFO guidance and counseling program
on ... in compliance with department of foreign affairs no....
and so so so on.. hehehe..
and the color is yellow green and gray....

is that the CFO sticker?? or i need to go to cebu again to have that CFO sticker..

CFO sticker will be attached to your passport, color red with CFO logo and dry seal and with details like your name, date issued, country and there is Emigrant number. Hope this will help.

I got it in 5 minutes, don't worry it's very quick! Just show your green and blue certificate and pay the 400 pesos fee.
