I am desperately worried as my wife texted me to say that she and the children had to seek refuge in the local school. She is in St. Josephs, Pasig City. I keep trying to phone but cannot connect. Does anyone know if all mobile networks are now out of operation.

i am watching news right now.. and the residents lives in pasig is really affected..especially lives by the river
they said , more rain tomorrow..but the typhoon will go away tomorrow night
the mobile networks might work but she might be lowbat
