Serious Flooding in Manila Typhoon Ondoy

I am desperately worried as my wife texted me to say that she and the children had to seek refuge in the local school. She is in St. Josephs, Pasig City. I keep trying to phone but cannot connect. Does anyone know if all mobile networks are now out of operation.
