We arer worried in here as well as my Maricel has a part of her family in Metro Manila - Makati exactly and she currently can't get in touch with them.
Managed to calm her down that it is possibly due to network overload and disruptions cused by flooding.

According to last satellite pics from NOAA the storm Ondoy (international name "Ketsana") left Philippines and is headig eastwards while gaining strenght over open waters.
