Update for the Las Pinas Zapote & Pulanglupa area is that the waters have receeded somewhat and power appears to be back on, like all of us I was worried that I would lose contact with my family because the cellphones would all be lowbat in a day or so.
Just spoke to Ana, I could tell she was on a Jeepney so the roads must be starting to be passable again and she says things are much better, plus my son is out of the hospital now.
