Serious Flooding in Manila Typhoon Ondoy

I wonder whether any of the aid agencies are going to start anything to collect clothing and other items for the people affected by this disaster?
I know we can send cash but to be honest, I don't have much left after filling my balikbayan box so would be easier for me to get clothing etc to be sent, either by the Red Cross or Oxfam or suchlike organisations. If anyone hears of anything, please let me know

I think the most important thing, would be clean water for sanitation,drinking and rice right now. I saw some of the military giving it rice. Does WATER AID work there, or any organisation similar to this?

I checked their web page, but they mostly work in third world countries.

I asked them if they had any plans, so I will hope to hear from them soon
