which is the right form to use?

First time post here my wife and i are trying fill in the spouse visa form but we are both very confused to which one is the right one there is one for oct 2007 and dec 2008? if anyone who has done this recently or anyone who can help clear this up in any way we would be very greatful

Hi i have had the same problem. I cannot find the application form for spouse visa. It gives you options, but does not mention spouse visa at all. Thats why i was bringing my wife on a a family visa. If you do manage to find it please let us know.

You need the VAF4A settlement application form. http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/.../1903073/vaf4a

It is the same form for both spouse of fiance

you use the lastest one, or they will probably refuse your application
