Thumbs down so disappointed with my passport

i went to DFA today to get my new passport (ammended) but geezz they said theres a technical problem. the guy asked me to go to pending room. i did'nt know what cause the problem. the lady asked if i have my old passport with me.i said i dont have..and she asked how about CFO,i said i dont have it either.i did'nt bring them.then i asked what's the problem, she said the machine could not read my fingerprint and my signature so she gave me another form for another fingerprint and signature..and she asked me to come back oct 7,another week.
the 5 working days i paid was useless..
    the service is crap..
    well nothing new to me..
    there are always delay

haay philippines when will you improve

Good luck pumpkins and don't let this little delay get you down, it was the same for us when we was trying to get everything together for our application, it all comes together in the end.

    hi pumpkins!
Hey as a customer you should have demand them (DFA officer) to hasstle up the process of your passport cause u paid for it! Im pretty sure after u had your new finger prints, they could release your passport with in 3 days!!!!

It was not your fault that their machine could'nt read your finger prints!! (does it usually happen to all their applicants? lol!!!)

Anyway, Good luck on your application for spouse visa... Keep me informed ok?

    regards

Pumps, you cld nvr b that (haggard lookin)
Like Smiler said, it will all come together in the end. Good news Smiler, we were talkin about you only this morning. Don't get too drunk ha
Maria, this is what we said, may be if she offered money, she still sure it got something to do with her foreign surname, they wanted to know how to say it correctly etc.

Pumpkins was only going to collect it. They had her cell number if there was a problem, they never called so, one would think no problem, like pumpkins said, ''a life time of this bullshi_'' yes, she was an angry mama for sure

    Not long to go Pumps

complain and do something about a poor service that you don't deserve... if you just let it pass.. then nothing will happen...

if we bribe them to "speed things up" we contribute to the bigger problem called corruption...

suffering is optional... hay pilipinas kong mahal... LOL

Another palpak sector Pumpkins! Hope things go well. Make sure you bring all the documents needed so they won't ask anything anymore and there will be no more excuses for them to delay your passport application! Goodluck!
