Everyone in my life gets treated with the same humor, only a small percentage take it the wrong way, that is their loss I couldn't care less. Unlike this government which grovels to the minorities.
Anyway soon to be Mrs Queenbee, when you get to the UK you WILL get upset with things people say, however it will more likely be yourself taking it the wrong way, not just you, this happens to a good number of Filipina's in the first few months here as they adjust. Often ending in tears and tampo when the poor hubby is trying to work out what he's done!
