The docs that i've submitted are:

2pcs Child's Picture
Child's Philippine Birth Certificate
Child's Philippine Passport (Used when she entered UK)
Parent's Marriage Certificate
Father's British Passport
British Passport application forms

It cost almost £60 all in all
