I listed the relationship starting when we first started chatting and getting to know each other, I think there is a difference between the relationship first starting and when did you first meet I also double checked this with a immigration lawyer and his words were that a relationship doesn't have to be in person but can be started as soon as you are learning about each other. Makes sense to me.
Oh and my bank statements were 3 weeks old when we submitted and it didn't cause any problems. We got our visa just last week after just 7 days so you better start getting the house straight ready for her!!
