look QB, I've been to manila and cebu many times. I get treated like a stoopid rich sucker everytime. Hell, even my wife who's bisaya gets inflated prices coz she's not local. That's a way to improve the perception of the place, right? Been to Cebu and Manila, many times . . . Don't like dem, but don't write off the million people who are here in Negros! Besides, there are more people in total living in Provinces than in the cities, it's just that people in Manila and Cebu think the whole country is those two cities!!

The point I make is, In This Country, For a Filipino - it's perfectly acceptable here to say and do anything to a foreigner, to charge puti prices, long nose tax, but the first moment someone says something not nice about a Filipino, it's WAR!

I dont like Manila by the ay and Cebu is a more laid back type of province...

hy are you getting mad at me??I also hate people cheatin especially if im ith ma man,,They alays get a kick from me...I do have bad experiences especially With taxi drivers but from the most of our holiday,nobody cheated on us on some Way..

My point is about Alec makin a comment bout filipinas thats all,,hy ur getting angry if im makin a point about mail order brides???
