    Kellogg's Special K Diet

    It don't half give me flatulence

    And this is only my third day

    And it suppose to be a 2 week challenge

    Then it goes on to say "It contains 60% more fat than corn flakes"

    Some kind of quantum weight effect I'm missing here?

    Yep. Its the absorption factor of the milk. Remember if you leave milk on the odd left over cornflakes, on the bowl for over 20 minutes, they can NEVER be removed without a brillo pad
