me and my fiance (british) is planning to get married here in Phils by dec
but we're still having hard times to know all the papers that his going to need

pls help! we appreciate every info you can give us.

You need to visit your local municipality civil registrar and ask list of requirements for marrying a foreigner.

You need to apply CENOMAR, from NSO nearest you.

Your partner needs to get legal capacity to marry, his divorced paper if divorced etc.
