Ben is nearly 3 years of age so i belive at this age it is acceptable for him to share a bedroom with us. Maybe im wrong and just worrying over everything.

If anyone can offer advice and if this wilkl be ok with the ECO.

Hi Ron - try to take a look at this link ( UKBA ECG -Maintenance and accommodation ) it might give you some ideas as what the requirements are but I think you could be OK with your current flat.
But it will be better to wait for an opinion of fellow members as well.
    Good luck

A child counts as half a person that's a cracker When he is 10 he is a full person!

Sorry im asking again as we are very worried now as my wife will submit her docs at vfs on 30th October. At this time and so near i dont want to cancell her appointment.

I do remember speaking to CAB about this and sure he mentioned that its not over-crowding . Now not sure?

Does any else live in this house? Do you have bathroom, cooking facilities. Take these into account. Do you pay for meals. Are you just renting one room?

The ECO will not do the calculation unless they know the whole house situation. What does the whole building consist of?

YEs it as 2 rooms . This is bedroom and living room. Hallway, Kitchen and bathroom, toilet. Only myself . My wife and child will oppupy the property.

Reading the link above Reads number of people permitted in a 2 room property is 3 persons. I suppose it could be that the child could use the second room as a sleeping area.
