It's not going to available on any of the UK television networks (unless a very late deal is struck) so the only offical way anyone in the UK can watch the game is the online broadcast by Kentaro.

But it will be available to watch on TV outside of the UK so no doubt it will be available via unofficial online broadcasts if don't want to pay or take up one of the free offers (eg through one of of the betting companies) for the official broadcast.
