I have a long story to tell evryone ........
I m planning to submit a spousal visa application on the 3rd week of october at the british embasssy manila,
but i have a numerous concerns about it..coz I was refused twice and here the story goes......
My british husband and I have known each other since 2005.We have met each other and evidences to support this are enough- between 2005-2009.I just made the biggest mistake when I did not declare him on my first application for tourist visa because we broke up in the last quarter of 2007 the reason why i did not mention about him on my first application... I know its all my fault...
We became ok agen in Janury 2008 when he visited me agen in the phil and from then we got engaged....
-applied tourist visa in september 2007- refused due to financial circumstance/they noticed a recent large amount deposit in my account before my application.
-applied fiance visa in August 2008- refused due to failure to disclose information about my fiance in my first application.ECO said I shoud have mentioned about my bf in my proposed visit to uk. He therefore conclude that my relationship with fiance was not genuine as we claimed....
we decided to lodge my appeal but while the appeal is in progress we got married in the phil last March 2009.So I decided to cancel the appeal... and plan to submit a fresh application using spouse visa .......
And now I feel very nervous about it....I dont know wat to say on the application. Given the fact that Were now married...Do you think this would still matter to them that I lied b4.....But If Itell them about the shortwhile break up... Ahhhh I really dont know wat to say.... please.. help... please....
