Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your previous refusals. Not mentioning relationships with people in the UK when applying for tourist visas is something that has been discussed on here many times and your experience shows why it is important to mention them.
Now that you are married and assuming you meet all the requirements (financial, accommodation, etc) it is highly unlikely that you will be refused, though the ECO may call you in for an interview.
In terms of the time you spit up, as it was almost two years and you have since married it shouldn't matter. If you didn't mention it before don't mention it now if you don't have to as it was only for a short period (couple of months?) anyway.
