Good luck with your application. Don't lose hope and follow advice of being open and honest. That really is the best policy. My wife had a spouse visa refused 1st time but we got visa on appeal. Appeal was less than 3 weeks. Make sure you have many support letters from your husband, his work, family, friends and MP if he can get that.
