GETTING wORRIED NOw FOR THE RESULT..HELP..

Hey Guys....

As you all kno,i applied for a tourist visa just last week sponsored by ma bf in the UK...

Somethings really botherin me bec of what i read in a forum about a tourist visa getting denied and all because of financial reasons like a big amount as deposited before an application...

My boyfriend also deposited a big amount on ma passbook for me to use if we get the visa or not like a month before i lodge my application.I also went to get a bank certificate and all and included that in the requirements.

Does it really matter how much you have in yah account even if your sponsored by a citizen from the UK?I thought they dont really check how much money i have,just about 80k though not 100k....I just presented ma bf's bank statements,wage slips,his deeds of the house and all..I even included ma annulment proceedings and emphasized that my bf has an ongoing divorce as well though he's separated for 2 years already...

Gys im really orried i got a NO on this just bec ma bf deposited a big amount before ma application....

If your bf is sponsoring you it probably wasn't necessary for him to deposit money into yoru bank account, though as long as you haven't hidden that it came from him it shouldn't be a problem.

The thing you have to remember is that tourist visas for people in your situation are never guaranteed, and lots of people on this forum have been denied over the years. So try not to get too upset if you are refused.

i kno i kno...I did emphasized that my bf gave me money for ma travel...In ma part,i do have lotsa reasons to go back...I got my schoool records,a letter from ma university saying im enrolled,fees in UNI.telling them the dates start and christmas vacation- new year,ma annulment process and all...

we both still can't get married and i cant stay longer than 20 days cz me still have UNI...

ur right i shouldnt worry...Its a win win situation though,he still come and see me in xmas if we got a NO,,But the money used for all the flights and hotel accomodation,i really feel bad about that...I also thinks its much cheaper if i fly there than him flying to hongkong and then Macau for our holidays...

hey its the most simple visa of them all.You just have to show you have a reason to go back, and that you will go back to something. You must have casharooney to survive on your own!

In general, you must show that:

• you want to visit the UK for no more than six months;
• you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit, and
• you have enough money to support yourself and live in the UK without working or needing help from public funds.

Your boyfriends probably better going to see you. It will save ya money. Things cost more over here. The exchange rate is not so good for peso

I can say it's hard to obtain it. I got mine twice before. Just proved them I will leave their country after my visit, shown them my current account and savings, land titles and business permit.

I have seen some applicants crying outside the embassy, and seen also applicants jumping . Mixed emotions from me.

dont worry quennie.. i know its a visa approved.. i got tourist visa last december so i believe you can have yours.. youre capable of the travel and you have a genuine relationship with your babes, so dont worry...

hi there Queenbee, lucky you I have no experience about big money as we are poor but if your bf is paying for your visa/ flight/ ets then I think it is acceptable to have that money in your bank account

as to your annulment and you bf divorce being in process i think that is not relevant to your application because you are not going to the UK to get married AND if you are about to apply for fiancee visa (just an example) make sure that all is final and your bf has the decree absolute otherwise you will up being refused BUT that is not the main thing to worry now am I right..

hi there Queenbee, lucky you I have no experience about big money as we are poor but if your bf is paying for your visa/ flight/ ets then I think it is acceptable to have that money in your bank account
