I really don't understand, because for me it take 5 minutes, what problems are you having?

Is it due to national difficulties? I signed up for my pay-pal under my UK account . . . I don't know about Philippines accounts etc.

i think James its the part (for Fil Citizen) where it says Country of Citizenship , something like that because when my husband set up an account with paypal few mins and done.

As I said, I had a lot of problems trying to set up an account with PayPal. It took a couple of days and lots of attempts.

As i've read only UK offer paypal top up card and paypal phil doesn't offer yet, I found it's so cool coz you got limited fund debit visa card that you can use it to shop online and get money online but the problem I can't get my ownI foned paypal top up card customer service and they told me it's about my identification address that they cannot verified from online database which the system rely on it. (maybe from electoral, council tax, billings etc. which I don't have any of them yet)

Hi sweet Kuya Arthur, Jaishann is right it's just easy to register, it's a bit hard for me because I just recently arrived here in UK so maybe ate Myrna can try it

In my case I have a UK bank but a Spanish address. That may have been the problem, although in the end I have the account with the same details I tried from the first. A friend of mine with the same combination of UK and Spain had no problem, so guess its luck. But I am surprised PayPal don't get to grips with the problem.

I think you are right John (but i am not sure) because what I did is I choose UK as location and when it came to the part where my address is needed I chose the county from the drop down choices, I guess you have to choose Spain so then they can pick up your details electronically right.
