Hi Jaishann, I had same query like yours, setting up paypal account.
In my case I tried registering but it say's UNVERIFIED account I guess it says like that because I don't have yet UK bank account as I can't put details of my Phil bank so while waiting for my bank approval (Which is very hard to get as a fiancee visa holder) I decided to try Paypal top up card (recommended by Charwill) which is I found it very cool but then again I can't register it says unsuccesful so I foned Paypal Top up card customer service they said I didn't passed local checks database for my identification coz arriving here in UK recently
but I'm sure in your case you will be registered easily and get one quickly

    hope it helps

I live in Spain, with my accounts in UK and Spain. I have Spanish and UK addresses. It was very difficult to sign up for PayPal, even though I tried all sorts of combinations, accounts, addresses etc.

Ive never had any problems whatsoever with Paypal.
Ive even had to make a claim regarding a dodgy ebay seller and the money was refunded quickly. Donating to the forum is quick and easy too.

go to paypal.com or .co.uk (depending on where you are) ... and choose to create an account. All you need is an email address.

    You're welcome

As I said, I had a lot of problems trying to set up an account with PayPal. It took a couple of days and lots of attempts.

    So good luck
