im not sure as well Jay and Zobel but i just clicked eBay now just because it says click this advert if you want to help the forum so I did . I am still hoping to get my own Paypal account I have filled up the form and stopped coz I think the Paypal top up is the one suits me. Thanks

In regards with paypal top up card, I've posted that I can't open an account due for some local checks for my identification so my partner told me to open one for me under his namedo you think it's possible? can i use it even if it's under his name?if ever I'll be back home in Phil will it work there?
