please anyone can advice what to do if the husband old passport lost we need it to apply for our kids c2 englsih passort application.. or is it alright that recent passport to submitt scanned and certified with solicitor?

Is your husband british or filipino ? If he is british I assumed he knew that he will apply a replacement passport as what vbkelly said....
