I think we may disagree again... As bluebirdjones has already said it isn't the UK government's responsibility to tell Philippines citizens about Philippines laws and relegations. If for example I applied for a visa at the Chinese Embassy in London I wouldn't expect them to advise me about UK immigration laws.

This issue with CFO stamps has been going on for years and will continue to go on until the Philippines government removes this requirement.
