Agency, CFO and letters etc

Thanks so far for your replies but maybe i didnt make my question clear.

The agency are claiming we need 30+ hand written letters for the CFO seminar? I find this hard to believe and its your comments on this i am really seeking.
So anyone with CFO seminar experience can u help please?

*in case you didn't read what i said --- you DEFINITELY do NOT need 30 peices of written letters. I even linked to 2 official documents online! gosh please read ha? Then I also gave you my opinion on choosing an agency! Coz i'm good like that *
